Lead development and deployment of Radar Front End (RFE) embedded software for automotive radars.
Collaborate with Radar Systems teams, Chipset vendors, and product teams for design integration, debugging, and multi-generation software delivery.
Oversee software V-cycle activities including requirement analysis, design, testing, release, and maintenance, and lead team members to achieve project goals.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
8 to 14 years overall experience with 10+ years in embedded software development, debugging, and log analysis.
Strong expertise in Embedded C and solid understanding of processor architectures and interfaces (TI/NXP experience is a plus).
Experience with software tools such as Lauterbach, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, MatLab, Gtest, make files; familiarity with revision control and issue tracking tools (Plastic, Git/Gerrit, Jira, Jenkins).
Experienced in complex system-level embedded software development in automotive or industrial radar applications.
Capable of independently driving technical decisions, collaborating globally, and leading cross-functional teams through software development cycles.
Proficient in hardware-software debugging, functional safety concepts, and integrating software across multiple chipset platforms.
