Own requirement gathering and documentation for enterprise applications and digital platforms, producing artifacts like BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development/QA teams to ensure alignment of functional specifications and support solution implementation.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and assist with testing support, data validation using SQL, and production support activities including issue analysis.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Ability to independently drive requirement clarity and collaborate with cross-functional global teams, supporting all phases from analysis through implementation and UAT.
Comfortable with API and system integration concepts (JSON, XML) and familiar with process modeling and various requirement artifacts (use cases, mockups, sequence diagrams).
