Minimum 4+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience within financial services or funds industry.
Project delivery experience with Salesforce or Workday within the last 4 years.
3rd level qualification preferably IT related.
Experienced in rapidly understanding business strategies and acting as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated expertise in producing high quality business analysis documents and handling multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Agile (preferably Scrum), software development lifecycle, and tools such as UML, BPMN, Azure DevOps; certifications like PBA or CCBA are a plus.
