Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and daily support of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform.
Conduct business requirement workshops and map processes to Oracle Cloud SCM best practices while configuring modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Information).
Manage data migration, testing phases, post-go-live support, issue resolution, and provide end-user training and system documentation.
Minimum 3 years functional experience with Oracle SCM applications.
At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Oracle Cloud SCM Certified Implementation Specialist credential is highly preferred; experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) preferred.
Experienced in configuring complex Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement Cloud, Order Management, and Product Information Management.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders during implementations and support.
Strong foundational knowledge in Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and data migration techniques (FBDI, ADF Desktop Integration).
