Deliver end-to-end internal audit solutions including function setup, transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing, and use of AI/risk technologies to optimize audit delivery.
Leverage expertise in multi-asset class operations and GenAI/Agentic technologies to enhance audit effectiveness across clients in diverse industries.
4 to 9 years of experience relevant to internal audit or middle-office/investment operations.
Bachelor of Engineering degree mandatory; any field of engineering acceptable.
Mandatory skills: Experience with GenAI/Agentic technologies (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy).
Work in global shifts (including Night/EMEA shifts) is required; Aladdin platform experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Strong technical background in middle-office/investment operations with multi-asset class knowledge (Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Corporate Actions).
Experience applying advanced AI technologies and programming skills (Python preferred, Java optional) in risk or audit environments.
Comfortable working flexible global hours and capable of navigating complex financial operations and controls environments.
