Support SAP program/project governance by maintaining plans, schedules, and documentation ensuring adherence to PMO standards and compliance.
Coordinate across SAP functional and technical teams to track progress, resolve issues, and facilitate stakeholder communication including project meetings and steering committee reviews.
Prepare and maintain dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries; manage project documentation and support process improvements within the SAP PMO framework.
4+ years of experience in SAP project coordination or PMO operations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and project lifecycle (ECC or S/4HANA).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager).
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or MBA required; Education: BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech mentioned.
Experienced in managing complex SAP PMO operations with exposure to multiple SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, ABAP, BASIS).
Skilled at multi-stakeholder coordination and communication across business units, SAP teams, and external vendors.
Able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities and process improvements within SAP project contexts.
