Lead digital and analytics transformation initiatives in heavy industrial operations focusing on plant operations, supply chain, and asset management in sectors like metals & mining, power generation, and process manufacturing.
Identify operational pain points and develop data-driven, AI/ML-based solutions to improve plant reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency, including diagnostics and site studies.
Manage client engagement by delivering insight-driven recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors, and supporting solution implementation at scale.
12-15 years of relevant work experience, preferably including senior consultant or manager roles.
Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech) and MBA degrees mandatory.
Proven hands-on experience in heavy industrial operations (metals & mining, power generation, cement, chemicals) covering plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, or asset performance.
Strong analytics skills with experience using dashboards, historian data, OT/IT systems, and data-driven problem solving on operational issues.
Experienced in leading digital and analytics transformation projects with deep understanding of industrial processes and ability to run operational workstreams independently.
Demonstrated capability to design and implement end-to-end digital roadmaps and engage confidently with senior stakeholders including CXOs and plant heads.
Track record of executing operational improvements and building thought leadership, reusable frameworks, and intellectual property in industrial analytics and consulting.
