Experienced in both capital project delivery and digital transformation implementation within asset-heavy industries.
Proficient in managing and improving PMO governance structures, reporting systems, and project control mechanisms.
Capable of stakeholder management, driving actionable insights from project data, and embedding digital tools into day-to-day operations.
