Serve as L1 support for Transport Management System (TMS), managing incidents, service requests, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted transport and logistics operations.
Manage ticket lifecycle including logging, triage, prioritization, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation within defined SLAs using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
Coordinate with internal business teams and external L2/product support to track issues, support change releases, produce reports, and maintain knowledge bases ensuring operational continuity.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2–5 years experience in application/IT support, preferably in TMS, Supply Chain, Logistics, or ERP support environments.
Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle TMS, SAP TM, Blue Yonder, Shipsy).
Working knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA), basic EDI/API integration, batch job scheduling, and database queries (SQL).
Experienced in L1 application support for transport or logistics software with strong operational ownership over SLA adherence and incident management.
Comfortable interfacing between business users and technical L2 support teams, with demonstrated ability to coordinate and follow up on escalations and vendor compliance.
Able to work shift-based or on-call schedules to support 24x7 business-critical transportation operations under pressure.
