Plan, design, and execute Operational Acceptance Tests (OAT) to validate production readiness of critical banking applications.
Test non-functional requirements including performance, security, scalability, reliability, availability, failover, and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and QA teams to ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and ITIL processes and to resolve issues.
6+ years of testing experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain, specifically in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) and OAT.
Strong technical knowledge in network, middleware, database tuning, monitoring tools, and experience with failover, high-availability, DR drills, backup/restore procedures in on-premise environments.
Hands-on experience with RTGS Systems such as SWIFT, PayPlus, GMPlus, and NetReveal applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred); ISTQB certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in operational acceptance testing for BFSI applications with demonstrated ability to validate scalability, resilience, and security of core banking systems.
Skilled at collaborating across multiple teams (DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, QA) to ensure system operational compliance and to improve testing frameworks.
Strong domain expertise in RTGS and Payment systems with a focus on production readiness and risk mitigation.
