Strong knowledge of payroll processing, time & attendance administration, payroll controls, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant payroll operations roles.
Experience working within Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environments with multicountry payroll exposure.
Familiarity with payroll systems such as UKG Payroll, Kronos, or similar platforms, including knowledge of SOX controls and audit support.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
