Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/PegaCloud).
Experienced Pega developer with deep familiarity of Pega Infinity 8.x+, CPM, Collections, and Customer Decision Hub modules.
Has hands-on expertise in full software development lifecycle within financial services domain, especially credit card and collections systems.
Proficient integrating complex solutions involving middleware (Tibco), web services (SOAP/REST), database connectivity (IBM UDB/PostGreSQL), and cloud-native deployments including AWS telephony integration.
