Plan, design, and implement enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including SailPoint Identity IQ and Privileged Access Management.
Lead day-to-day IAM project activities, performing assessments, developing strategies, and managing roadmaps.
Support service delivery by assisting with IT services to R&D across the service lifecycle and handle IAM incident on-calls as needed.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in IT information security and Identity & Access Management.
Minimum 5 years experience with SailPoint Identity IQ development, installation, integration, and deployment.
Experience with Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management for 5+ years.
Experienced in leading IAM project lifecycles with strong knowledge of security standards like ISO and NIST and cyber risk management.
Proficient in IAM tools including SailPoint and optionally OKTA, with hands-on technical skills in Bean Shell and Java scripting.
Capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
