Lead business and technology collaboration to gather requirements and deliver nCino/Salesforce platform and integration solutions focused on lending, data, and risk/CRM transformation.
Manage product backlog and Agile ceremonies as Product Owner, supporting design, delivery, testing, UAT, release, and adoption.

4+ years of business systems data experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, education).
Strong experience with nCino/Salesforce projects and SQL/SOQL data analysis.
Experience in business analysis or product ownership roles, preferably in banking, consulting, or financial services with knowledge of risk management and CRM domain.
MBA (Finance preferred) or equivalent experience; 10+ years total experience in relevant industries.
Experienced with large transformation programs and Agile methodologies, capable of managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of lending/banking processes, system integrations, source-to-target data mapping, and risk and CRM domains.
Skilled at using AI tools responsibly for analysis and reporting, with an emphasis on validating outputs and improving data-driven decision making.
