Own and deliver end-to-end digital product prototypes every ~4 weeks targeting business aim points linked to FY27-29 value capture.
Conduct business discovery, frame problems, prepare data, develop AI/ML models, build applications, validate with users, and handoff to BI&T for production scale-up.
Manage senior stakeholders, mentor specialists, and ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and model governance for prototypes.
6-10 years experience in data science, machine learning, and digital product delivery from concept to working software.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or similar), and working knowledge of GenAI/LLM technologies including prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
Experience with data from systems such as ERP, MES, LIMS, quality systems and building application front ends (Streamlit, React, or low-code platforms).
Strong operator with combined skills in data science, AI development, product management, and business analysis to deliver rapid prototypes linked to business impact.
Experienced in autonomous working with senior stakeholders and in regulated environments, applying responsible AI and data governance practices.
Comfortable leading AI-assisted development, mentoring others, and integrating multi-domain data for pharmaceutical or manufacturing domains is a plus but not mandatory.
