Design, develop, test, and deliver software and firmware for next-generation Wi-Fi Access Points, including early hardware bring-up and platform enablement.
Collaborate with hardware teams, customers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement new features.
Partner with data analytics and machine learning teams to enable intelligent and adaptive wireless networking capabilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
9–12 years of relevant software development experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience developing networking devices such as Wi-Fi Access Points.
Strong proficiency in C programming; deep experience with Linux kernel development, networking protocols, embedded systems, firmware development, and hardware/software interaction.
Experienced in software design and programming for networking hardware with proven ability to deliver complete features and platform bring-up.
Comfortable working onsite in an HPE office as per role expectations.
Able to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams including hardware, data analytics, product management, and customers to drive technical innovation.
