Demonstrates ability to manage complex cross-functional teams globally and navigate matrixed organizational structures to drive process harmonization and operational transformation.
Strong analytical and communication skills with proven influence across diverse global stakeholders, adept at driving continuous improvement and capability building in pharmaceutical lifecycle and artwork functions.
