Own development, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM suite including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior architects to deliver and refine scalable, compliant ServiceNow solutions on cloud and on-premises.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure high coding standards and documentation adherence for ITOM applications and integrations.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer focused on ITOM solutions for cloud (AWS/Azure/GSC) and on-premises.

Experience working within regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices and automated test frameworks in ServiceNow environments.
Possession of ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping) and Application Portfolio Management experience is advantageous.
