Lead end-to-end implementations of Yardi software modules including Core, Commercial, Residential, P2P, and Finance, ensuring configuration and workflow alignment with client requirements.
Own the complete data migration process: mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, and coordination of cutover activities ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
Provide Tier 1-3 helpdesk support post-go-live, including incident management, user administration, and issue resolution across multiple time zones and on rotational shifts.
