BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Workday Reporting is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in handling complex datasets and proficient in advanced data modeling and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Visier.
Capable of stakeholder collaboration, translating technical data concepts into clear actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Able to independently manage multiple analytics projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality reports.
