Own Aftersales business performance and dealer operations for Karnataka area, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction (CSI).
Monitor and support dealer service, parts inventory, manpower, and marketing activities to meet sales targets and operational KPIs.
Lead dealer training, incentive programs, audit compliance, complaint resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance Aftersales customer experience.
7-12 years experience in automotive aftersales with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (or 9-14 years with Diploma).
Technical certification at OEM Level 2 minimum; EV/Hybrid knowledge is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel (includes possession of driving license and passport).
Work Experience Required: 7-12 years aftersales experience at automotive manufacturing company.
Experienced in managing dealer operations and aftersales functions within automotive OEM environment focused on revenue, CSI, and dealer performance improvement.
Comfortable with data analysis, financial review, and business planning to drive operational efficiency and growth.
Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external dealer teams for program implementation, training, and issue resolution in a regional market setting.
