Manage PMO functions for capital projects in metals & mining, including schedule updates, progress tracking, and EVM calculations using Primavera/MS Project.
Develop and maintain digital dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau, support 5D BIM and digital tool integration (drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, GenAI assistants) to enhance project visibility and control.
Coordinate risk registers, vendor performance tracking, procurement support, compliance documentation, and stakeholder communications across project teams and regulators.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO for capex projects.
Mandatory experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
Education: MBA and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing large-scale metals & mining capital projects with proficiency in digital and AI-enabled project management tools and analytics.
Capable of handling detailed planning & controls, data management, reporting, and on-ground coordination in multi-billion dollar infrastructure environments.
Able to integrate advanced digital twin technologies and collaborate effectively with EPCs, vendors, regulators, and project stakeholders.
