Lead PMO and digital transformation activities for capital projects in metals & mining sector focusing on schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety control.
Develop and maintain project schedules, progress reporting, EVM calculations, risk management, and vendor performance tracking using Primavera/MS Project and digital tools.

2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA, or M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
Willingness to obtain PMP® certification within 12 months preferred; extensive travel to project sites required.
Experienced in managing large-scale metals & mining capital projects involving terminals, mines, beneficiation, smelters, and logistics.
Proficient in leveraging advanced digital and AI tools such as 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI copilots for project management enhancement.
Strong operational focus on planning, controls, data dashboarding, risk analytics, and vendor management with multi-stakeholder coordination.
