Manage PMO and digital transformation efforts for capital projects in metals & mining sector, improving schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety visibility and control.
Develop and maintain schedules, dashboards, and reports using tools like Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, and integrate advanced digital technologies such as 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR, IoT geofencing, and GenAI assistants.
Support procurement and vendor performance tracking, risk management, compliance documentation, stakeholder coordination, and site audit support for large-scale capex projects.
2–5 years relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO for capital projects.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience, or M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Proficiency with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); familiarity with drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in large-scale metals & mining capital projects with hands-on PMO planning, controls, and digital toolchains integration.
Demonstrates strong capability in advanced scheduling, risk analytics, and leveraging digital/AI solutions such as 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR, IoT geofencing, and GenAI for project management.
Comfortable with extensive travel to project sites and interfacing extensively with EPCs, vendors, regulators, and clients on multi-billion dollar projects.
