Oversee quality assurance, documentation, issue pattern identification, and continuous improvement initiatives in a large enterprise SAP landscape.
8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years specifically in SAP SD (SAP SD certification preferred).
Proficient in SAP SD processes including Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Consignment, Scheduling Agreements, Credit/Debit Memo, Rush Orders, Cash Sales, Back Orders.
Working knowledge of SAP ABAP including debugging, Reports, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, Forms, ALV Reports, ALE/IDOC, service gateway/integrations, BADIs, BAPIs, SAP Queries, and Object Oriented programming.
Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent degree; MBA or MCA also acceptable.
Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management within large enterprise SAP and middleware environments.
Capable of detailed business requirement gathering, SAP configuration, custom program specifications, testing, and documentation.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident and problem management tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
