Lead end-to-end implementation and solution design for UKG Timekeeping across full lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Own configuration and approval of pay rules, work rules, accruals, attendance policies, and ensure labor compliance and audit readiness.
Manage client engagements as primary functional lead, including stakeholder management, project timelines, risk escalation, and integration oversight with Payroll, HRIS, and middleware systems.
6+ years total work experience.
Mandatory UKG Certification in Timekeeping / Workforce Management.
Strong functional and technical expertise with UKG Ready or UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, including payroll and attendance processes, plus experience with payroll systems like UKG Payroll or ADP, and HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle UKG Timekeeping implementation projects, especially in Timekeeping and Workforce Management domains.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities with leadership in workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration (HR, Payroll, IT).
Experience in regulated industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare with solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and audit standards.
