Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and basic predictive models to monitor business performance and trends.

2-6 years overall experience; 1-3 years relevant experience in data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Masters in Statistics/Econometrics/Mathematics or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with SQL (including joins, query tuning), BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), and working knowledge of structured and unstructured databases including Hadoop/HDFS.
Exposure to large-scale datasets using platforms such as GCP BigQuery, Spark, and experience with data pipelines (Airflow or similar).
Experienced in retail domain analytics, with exposure to merchandising, marketing, or supply chain datasets preferred.
Strong technical proficiency combining SQL, BI visualization tools, and open-source programming languages (R, Python, Hive).
Able to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment leveraging advanced analytics techniques and emerging AI tools (generative AI, prompt engineering) to improve productivity.
