Own end-to-end preparation and 1st level review of client financial statements, portfolio schedules, and mandatory regulatory reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Lead and coach staff by providing training, performance feedback, and managing workflow to meet accuracy and deadline goals.
Coordinate tasks with global offshoring teams and internal departments, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process and technology improvements including automation usage.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ to 4+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting or finance field preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and fund accounting principles preferred.
Work in shifts overlapping US, APAC and EMEA hours; must manage cross-time zone coordination.
Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting with ability to manage financial statement preparation and compliance under tight deadlines.
Demonstrates leadership within teams by training, assigning work, and driving process adherence and improvement.
Comfortable working with global teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, and leveraging automation tools for operational efficiency.
