Manage the hotel's Accounts Receivable operations including city ledger, credit accounts, direct billing, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure timely invoicing and collection from corporate clients, travel agents, event organisers, and other business partners to maintain healthy cash flow.
Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams to resolve account discrepancies and support month-end closing, audits, and compliance.
Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Executive, Credit Executive, or Finance Executive within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit management, billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional accounting qualifications are a plus.
Experience with hotel PMS, financial systems/ERP, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experienced in hospitality finance with demonstrated capability managing accounts receivable functions in a hotel environment.
Analytical and detail-oriented professional able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communicator with negotiation skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers.
