Ensure end-to-end health, performance, availability, and security monitoring of Azure platform services using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Maintain dashboards, alerts, and respond to monitoring alerts including initial triage and escalation to L2/L3 teams following defined procedures.
Collaborate on continuous operational improvements and participate in shift operations and incident management to reduce response times and enhance reliability.
3–5 years in Application/Production Support or SRE roles.
Must have expertise in Oracle SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Performance tuning, ITIL, with experience in L1/L2 Application and Production Support.
Engineering degree (BE/BTech) is mandatory.
Relocation to Coimbatore preferred; in-person interviews required.
Experienced in monitoring and observability of Azure platform services including KQL, Log Analytics workspaces, and Azure Workbooks.
Familiar with monitoring diverse platform services such as IAM, APIM, MongoDB, and event-driven architectures (Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, Event Hubs).
Proven ability to design alert hierarchies to reduce alert fatigue and strong communication skills to translate metrics into business impact.
