Lead and facilitate the scrum process including daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning to ensure full team engagement and effective agile delivery.
Manage interdependencies between agile teams and work with Product Owner on release planning and backlog management.
Coach scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, anticipate impediments, and foster cooperation, cross-training, and team support.
Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 1 successfully delivered project as Scrum Master using Scrum methodology in digital/Web/eCommerce domain.
Proficiency in Jira and/or Smartsheet; working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and ensure adherence.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years IT experience.
Experienced Scrum Master with strong coaching and mentoring skills in Agile/Scrum/Lean practices to maximize team progress and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and interdependencies in an Agile environment with good stakeholder communication.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative setting emphasizing self-determination and transparency.
