Lead design, configuration, and development of Digital Configuration Management applications using Rule stream / Teamcenter / SAP.
Own technological solution components including inference/rules engine, integrations, UI, data models, software configuration, and IT infrastructure to meet business and user requirements.
Coordinate consulting teams, outsourced suppliers, manage contractors, oversee testing, and ensure operational support post-launch.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science.
Minimum 15 years of experience in design, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Rule stream (Teamcenter & SAP knowledge plus).
Strong understanding of Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order-to-Requisition (OTR) processes and integration with PLM, CAD, ERP, CRM systems.
Experience with brownfield Rule stream/Teamcenter implementations including complex data migration and Agile/SCRUM project experience.
Experienced in enterprise-scale digital configuration management for valve or manufacturing-related products integrating multiple applications.
Able to partner with business and product leaders to translate process and functional requirements into robust technology solutions.
Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and global projects in matrix organizations.
