Design, develop, configure, test, and support Salesforce solutions specifically for Service Cloud, Health Cloud, REMS, and related platforms at Syneos Health.
Own maintenance of Salesforce components such as Flows, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, permission sets, validation rules, and custom objects focused on case management, patient and HCP workflows, and REMS operations.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, validation, and support teams to refine requirements, resolve production issues, and ensure maintainability and regulatory compliance of Salesforce solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development or administration experience.
Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform configuration supporting Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar CRM processes.
Must be available to work hybrid in Hyderabad office (2-3 days/week) in 2nd shift (2 pm-11 pm IST).
Experienced in Salesforce solutions within healthcare, life sciences, or related regulated environments, particularly supporting REMS and patient services workflows.
Familiar with Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy, and understands regulated platform delivery standards.
Comfortable collaborating in agile teams involving validation, QA, and product stakeholders and participating in code/design reviews and release management activities.
