Senior Salesforce Engineer / Technical Lead- Hyderabad (Hybrid/ Shift 2)

Lead design, development, configuration, testing, and support of Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and related platforms to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable delivery.

Act as technical lead for Salesforce engineering projects, including code reviews, enforcing technical standards, troubleshooting production issues, and partnering with architecture and business teams.

Establish and maintain internal Salesforce engineering practices such as documentation, production support processes, release documentation, and knowledge continuity within a regulated environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration.

Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud implementations and Salesforce integrations using REST APIs or similar patterns.

Ability to work in Hyderabad office 2-3 days per week (hybrid) with shift hours Monday-Friday, 2 pm-11 pm IST.

Strong technical leadership experience in Salesforce engineering including directing code reviews, technical design, and production support in regulated environments.

Hands-on expertise in integrating Salesforce with ecosystem components like Salesforce Voice, Amazon Connect, and other contact center technologies is preferred.

Experience establishing internal engineering standards, documentation practices, and supporting regulated delivery processes (GxP or healthcare domain) increases competitiveness.
