Lead hands-on Salesforce engineering delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise and regulated standards.
Serve as the day-to-day technical lead responsible for architecture translation, technical design, code reviews, production issue resolution, and establishing engineering best practices and documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, business, QA, validation, security, operations, and support teams while supporting regulated delivery processes including audit trails and change control.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and platform configuration.
Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud; strong expertise in Salesforce integrations via REST APIs and related technologies.
Hybrid work mode in Hyderabad office (2-3 days/week), shift timing Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Proven ability to lead technical design, code review, and production support in Salesforce environments, especially across Service and Health Cloud platforms.
Experience working within regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or GxP-compliant settings, with knowledge of release governance and audit documentation.
Skilled at establishing internal engineering standards, mentoring teams, and collaborating across multiple stakeholders in complex, regulated Salesforce implementations.
