Responsible for monthly accounting close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting mainly focused on entities from mergers and acquisitions.
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and support statutory, 10-Q, 10-K reporting, and SOX compliance including audit coordination.
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting teams and business partners to drive process improvements and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience with at least 3 years applying US GAAP and local GAAP.
Experience in SOX control documentation and execution mandatory.
Ability to work in Hyderabad location (role is based in Hyderabad).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in accounting, with specific exposure to mergers & acquisitions and general ledger activities.
Experienced with complex accounting transactions across P&L and balance sheet, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and international statutory reporting requirements.
Demonstrates capability to independently manage fast-paced, evolving accounting environments, especially involving mergers and acquisitions.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday Financials, Netsuite) and financial tools such as Blackline; comfortable driving process improvements and automation.
