Provide procurement system and reporting business support for North America region, including managing procurement user support mailbox requests.

Strong proficiency in Windows PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IT infrastructure and order processing.
Experienced in procurement systems support with a focus on North America operations, managing multiple projects and business partner interactions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies like LEAN.
Capable of independently resolving system issues, reporting on system performance, and supporting technical escalations efficiently.
