India working experience preferred (2-5 years); experience working in multinational bank environments with regional technology teams is an advantage.
Experienced in handling multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional delivery in a multinational banking environment with focus on enterprise scale lending and retail banking applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage production support with SLA focus, incident management, root cause analysis, and stakeholder escalation management.
Strong domain expertise in Indian retail banking technology landscape including compliance, digital journeys, ecosystem integrations, and scalable resilient platform design.
