Set up Workers Compensation Claims, including evaluating losses, exposures, and recommending appropriate loss types and Resolution Managers.
Document claim information accurately and maintain communication with internal and external contacts including Resolution Managers, Supervisors, and Branch Managers.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies to mitigate organizational risk and maintain compliance.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Insurance or related field).
Minimum 1 year experience in insurance claims handling with proven claim handling success and customer satisfaction.
Understanding of insurance regulations, policies, and claims handling procedures preferred.
Willingness to get trained in insurance field; Insurance industry certifications (AIC, AINS, Cert CII) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced in investigating, analyzing, and determining coverage and liability of insurance claims, especially Workers Compensation Claims.
Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders including Resolution Managers, Supervisors, and external contacts, indicating good communication skills.
Able to follow regulatory and client-specific claims standards and continuously improve within a shared services or collaborative environment.
