Lead and coordinate a shift team of junior engineers to ensure operational alignment and high standards in multi-orbit satcom terminal and platform infrastructure.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical issues, collaborating with senior engineers, L3 management, and vendors to maintain uninterrupted service and meet SLAs.
Drive process optimization and support VSAT service deployment during Order-to-Fulfilment and Order-to-Assurance phases, while working rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, ICT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years professional experience with VSAT platforms (e.g., Gilat, iDirect, Comtech, or HNS) and antenna technologies (fixed, COTM, COTP).
Proven experience managing people and familiarity with service assurance processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Willingness to work shifts (including weekends and holidays), travel as needed, and eligibility to work in India.
Experienced in operational troubleshooting and team leadership within satellite communications environments involving VSAT and multi-orbit platforms.
Demonstrates ability to manage shift operations, provide real-time mentorship, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including external vendors for complex issue resolution.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, shift-based roles requiring accountability for SLA adherence and process improvements.
