Lead and execute Strategic Sourcing projects and support related procurement initiatives such as spend analytics, procurement transformation, maturity and supplier risk assessments.
Evaluate spend reports to identify opportunities and develop Total Cost Models for relevant spend categories; create and publish dashboards and spend reports for multiple global stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including developing/customizing RFX templates, analyzing supplier responses, and preparing comprehensive summaries and business case presentations.
4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement analytics including tools like VBA, SAS, R, or Omniscope.
Post-Graduate/MBA/PGDM preferred; B.E/B.Tech from a reputed institute.
Strong understanding of Strategic Sourcing process and experience working on global projects with independent stakeholder interaction.
Proficient in data analysis with experience handling large datasets and visualization tools such as QlikView, Qliksense, or Tableau.
Experienced in managing complex global procurement or supply chain projects with cross-functional client collaboration (offshore and onshore).
Comfortable working in a consulting environment requiring adaptability and minimal supervision.
Skilled in spend taxonomy creation for diverse industries and adept at developing actionable insights from complex data sets.
