Support modernization and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) program, focusing on planning, readiness, recovery activities, and AI-enabled workflows.
Develop and improve DR strategies, testing, risk assessments, and processes to enhance operational resilience and minimize disruption impact.
Collaborate with business, IT, and global teams to support BC/DR plans, testing, dependency mapping, and AI-driven analysis and automation.
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, or related fields with exposure to Agentic AI principles.
Familiarity with Disaster Recovery principles and working knowledge of Business Continuity concepts.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 6 years in relevant domains as stated above.
Experience in supporting BC/DR plan development, process analysis, dependency mapping, testing, and operational resilience initiatives using AI or automation.
Ability to develop and support AI-enabled workflows including fallback, override, recovery, and escalation processes.
Proven project management skills with ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams managing multiple priorities.
