Bachelor’s degree or higher in CSE, EEE, or ECE.
12+ years of experience in testing and automation within optical networking domains, including certifying SONET/SDH/OTN/DWDM systems.
Hands-on experience with protocols like OTN, FlexO, FlexE, Fiber Channel, Ethernet, SONET/SDH, RSTP; and interfaces like Netconf, Restconf, gRPC.
Experience with test traffic generators (Viavi, Spirent, Ixia), optical spectrum analyzers, and programming/scripting (Python or similar).
Experienced in system testing as a technical leader with expertise in test architecture across multiple product releases.
Strong knowledge of L0/L1/Platform software design for network equipment and familiarity with microservices/container-based application testing.
Ability to collaborate effectively across design, test, and architecture teams to optimize test efforts and deliver carrier-grade network products.
