About This Role

Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams building and supporting Nike’s Supply Chain and Planning Technology platforms.

Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions for large-scale, distributed SaaS and cloud-based systems (AWS, Databricks, o9, SAP APO, Teradata).

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Principal Engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver business value and align on enterprise technical strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

12 to 15 years of professional experience with minimum 5+ years managing high-performing software engineering teams of 10+ members.

Hands-on experience with distributed/cloud environments (AWS, Databricks), modern web technologies (Java, REST, Python), and NoSQL and relational databases.

Experience in at least one supply chain domain (demand planning, manufacturing, supply planning, inventory planning, deployment planning, or distribution requirements planning) and hands-on experience with S/4HANA or SAP AFS.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven leader comfortable managing large engineering teams across multiple technologies in a global, fast-paced environment.

Experienced in driving engineering best practices (code quality, test automation, observability, security) and adopting modern agile and AI-first methodologies using tools like Copilot and Cursor.

Deep domain expertise in supply chain planning technologies with ability to integrate AI/ML and leverage SaaS planning platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP APO/IBP.
