Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
10-15+ years of experience in WLAN system or performance validation.
Strong knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Beamforming, QoS.
Experience with test tools such as IXIA, Spirent, Keysight, iPerf, and expertise in Wireshark and TCP/IP networking.
Experienced in system-level WLAN performance validation with deep expertise in PHY/MAC layer testing and debugging.
Proficient in developing automation frameworks and scripting (C# and Python) for test and log analysis.
Capable of managing high complexity validation including interference, multi-client load, and cross-device environment testing, with leadership in mentoring and review.
