Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Banking, or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of relevant work experience, including 5-7 years specifically in Core Banking Platform or Wealth Management domain.
Strong expertise in Avaloq Banking Suite especially AQDQ products lifecycle and Avaloq IDE ICE.
Demonstrated understanding of financial products (FX/MM/Equity/Derivatives) and operational workflows; Avaloq ACP functional and parameterization knowledge mandatory.
Experienced in handling Avaloq development changes independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills under multiple deadlines.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional solution design workshops and coordinate globally distributed project implementation.
Familiarity with wealth management order/execution management systems, Agile methodologies, and additional programming languages/tools such as Java, PL/SQL, Python, ReactJS, and version control systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
