Support and enhance enterprise information security policies and controls focusing on Identity and Access Governance (IAG).
Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies, conduct risk assessments, access reviews, and prepare security and compliance reports.
Provide operational support for security tools, handle security incidents escalation, and collaborate with auditors for compliance documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
4-7 years experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity; minimum 4 years specifically in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
Proficiency with at least one Identity & Access Governance suite (e.g., RSA/Ivexa, SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance) and Privileged Credential Management tools (e.g., CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager).
Work Experience Required: 4-7 years in related fields as above.
Experienced with regulatory compliance environments, ideally financial services or similar regulated industries.
Technical aptitude including scripting (Powershell, Python), SDLC understanding, and SQL for data analytics and reporting.
Proven ability to manage identity governance lifecycle processes like access reviews, provision/de-provision, and privileged access management in complex environments.
