Develop, enhance, automate, and maintain end-to-end BI products including dashboards, datasets, semantic layers, and standardized reports for the DV&L platform.
Partner with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into accurate, performant, and adoptable BI solutions using SQL, SAS, and BI tools.
Provide business consulting by clarifying requirements, storytelling, training, and ensuring measurable business outcomes through BI solutions.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in BI/reporting with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, plus SAS programming and relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field with 4+ years relevant experience; alternatively 6+ years relevant experience without degree.
Must be based in Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, or Bangalore with work availability aligned to US Eastern Time 6:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of relevant analytics/business intelligence experience.
Experienced in end-to-end BI product ownership combining technical development and stakeholder consulting within matrix, cross-timezone environments.
Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing fundamentals, ETL patterns, and BI best practices including performance tuning and security.
Comfortable operating with US and India teams, able to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and communicate insights clearly to varied audiences.
