Develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) products including dashboards, datasets, and standardized reporting for Bank and Digital platforms.
Partner with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into performant, governed BI solutions focused on accuracy, usability, and adoption.
Provide SME consulting, training, and support on BI solutions, optimize and scale BI system performance, and support initiatives including new partner onboarding and cloud/AI integration.
Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and BI best practices including performance and access control.

Location: Hyderabad or designated anchor cities (Pune, Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore) with availability between 6:00 AM and 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for collaboration.
Experienced in partnering with cross-functional global teams (US and India) in a matrix environment for BI delivery and stakeholder management.
Strong technical skillset combining SQL, SAS, and BI tools with business consulting capabilities to clarify requirements and translate business needs into actionable BI solutions.
Comfortable working on cloud data platforms and adopting emerging technologies like AI/GenAI in BI, preferably with financial services domain knowledge.
