Drive revenue growth in the North region by developing opportunities with government water sector entities including State/Central Water departments, Municipal Corporations, PHEDs, water boards, and consultants.
Build and maintain partnerships with consultants, civil and electro-mechanical contractors, electrical & instrumentation contractors, automation partners, and distributors.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage sales funnel to achieve orders and revenue growth targets in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
5-10 years of experience in sales and business development within the Government Water and Public Infrastructure sectors.
Graduation in Chemistry, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering; Post Graduation in Business Management is a plus.
Willingness to travel 70-80% and relocate based on business requirements.
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, and other sales tools.
Strong understanding of the water sector and experience engaging with municipal and government water agencies in North India.
Experienced in managing complex sales cycles with government and public infrastructure clients involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
Capable of leading compliant sales processes with strategic internal and external collaboration to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
